How to check if your VGA card supports wide resolution and compatible list

For Wide LCD Display: How to check if your VGA card supports wide resolution and compatible list

  1. Click your mouse right bottom on the wallpaper and click "Properties".
  2. Then choose "setting" as shown in below photo, if your VGA card could support wide screen, could see some specific resolution like 1280*720 or 1280*768 or 1440*900 or 1680*1050.

  3. Most of general VGA card only support 1024*768 or 1280*1024, will not provide best performance for wide screen.
  4. For 19" wide, recommend resolution is : 1440x900
    For 20" wide, recommend resolution is : 1680x1050
